  • KommuneKredit starts 2018 with a new 3-year USD benchmark and a Tender and Switch Offer in 3 series

    KommuneKredit opened the international capital markets by issuing the first benchmark of 2018 – a 1bn 3-year Fixed Rate issue in USD.

  • Press Release – Offer of new notes and buyback

    KommuneKredit has today announced an offer for a new 3-year Fixed Rate Note issue denominated in USD under its EUR 30bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The offer is expected to take place on 3 January 2018.
    In connection with the offering of the new note KommuneKredit will simultaneously offer to buy back notes in three existing issues denominated in USD.
